The Flibustier catamaran

The Flibustier is a comfortable 11-meter-long motor catamaran. Its two hulls and its length allow for seasickness-free sailing.


Enjoy the sun thanks to its roof where you can lie down.

If you prefer shade, no worries, the Flibustier has an upper deck equipped with an awning.


The boat has different areas for lunch on the 2 decks of the boat.


Its facilities such as toilets, kitchen, and saloon provide you with absolute comfort throughout the day.


Its capacity is 12 passengers maximum, for the excursion in the Grand Cul de Sac Marin.

The Great Cul-de-sac-Marin

Step 1 - Departure from the Gosier marina


Meet at 7:45 a.m. at the marina at the bottom of Fort de Gosier for an 8:00 a.m. departure.

Let's go for a heavenly day in the calm waters of the Salt River and the Grand Cul de Sac Marin.

Step 2 - Discovery of the mangrove

After crossing the port of Pointe à Pitre, you enter the salt river to discover the mangrove, its role, its ecosystem.

Stage 3 - Caret Island

A jewel of the great Cul de Sac Marin, this islet with white sand amidst turquoise waters is a feast for the eyes. You can go down there, swim in its transparent and crystal-clear waters and perhaps spot endemic seahorses.

Stage 4 - Fajou Lagoon (heart of the park)/ meal

You will then go to the heart of the National Park, a calm place rich in marine discovery where you can enjoy the coral reefs with the observation of multicolored fish, lobsters and other starfish.

This is where you will enjoy the meal prepared by the crew.

Step 5 - Return

After this magnificent day in the Grand Cul de Sac Marin, it will be time to return to the marina and, if you are lucky, see a plane take off or land in the middle of the salt river.
Arrival at the marina will be around 5:00 p.m.

The typical meal

  • aperitif (ti-punch, planter, juice)
  • local raw vegetables
  • fish broth and Creole rice(chicken available on request)
  • caramel bananas
The meal is prepared entirely on board by the crew using local products.
Drinks included in the price of the excursion: water, juice, planter, rosé wine and Ti punch.
